Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service roles
- Ability to handle cash and register operations accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to open and close store independently
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock processes
- Familiarity with store policies and compliance standards
- Ability to assist with bookkeeping and cash reports
- Availability to work flexible retail hours

Job Duties
- Opens and closes the store including all required systems start-ups and cash handling
- Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops and change provision
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services
- Resolves customer issues and answers questions
- Shares customer service best practices with team members
- Holds store keys and opens back door for deliveries
- Assists with warehouse and vendor ordering process
- Registers all sales and manages scanning errors, price verifications, voids
- Supports review of order exceptions and reverse logistics
- Develops and resets promotional and seasonal displays
- Maintains accurate inventory counts and stock room organization
- Ensures outdate program compliance and stock rotation
- Manages pricing updates and signage compliance
- Assists with bookkeeping activities like cash reports and bill payments
- Maintains store cleanliness and orderly appearance
- Enforces separation of food items and product placement
- Operates store systems and equipment
- Assists at Pharmacy out window as needed
- Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products
- Performs bag checks of team members
- Completes special assignments and tasks as assigned
- Attends training and completes personal development requirements
- Acts as liaison between management and staff
- Reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints
