Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Opens and closes the store including all required systems start-ups and cash handling
  • Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops and change provision
  • Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
  • Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services
  • Resolves customer issues and answers questions
  • Shares customer service best practices with team members
  • Holds store keys and opens back door for deliveries
  • Assists with warehouse and vendor ordering process
  • Registers all sales and manages scanning errors, price verifications, voids
  • Supports review of order exceptions and reverse logistics
  • Develops and resets promotional and seasonal displays
  • Maintains accurate inventory counts and stock room organization
  • Ensures outdate program compliance and stock rotation
  • Manages pricing updates and signage compliance
  • Assists with bookkeeping activities like cash reports and bill payments
  • Maintains store cleanliness and orderly appearance
  • Enforces separation of food items and product placement
  • Operates store systems and equipment
  • Assists at Pharmacy out window as needed
  • Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products
  • Performs bag checks of team members
  • Completes special assignments and tasks as assigned
  • Attends training and completes personal development requirements
  • Acts as liaison between management and staff
  • Reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints
