Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service
- Ability to open and close store independently
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in cash handling and cashier operations
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Capability to assist with inventory and merchandising tasks
- Understanding of compliance with local and state regulations
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to store maintenance and stocking

Job Duties
- Opens and closes the store including system start-ups and cash handling
- Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
- Engages customers and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction
- Coaches team members on customer service best practices
- Holds store keys to open and close without management
- Assists with vendor order processes and warehouse coordination
- Maintains accurate inventory counts and pricing
- Supports merchandising and display development
- Assists with bookkeeping and store maintenance
- Ensures compliance with laws on regulated products
- Conducts team member bag checks
- Communicates between management and team members
- Completes special assignments and training modules
- Assists at pharmacy window as requested
