Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service
  • Ability to open and close store independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in cash handling and cashier operations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Capability to assist with inventory and merchandising tasks
  • Understanding of compliance with local and state regulations
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to store maintenance and stocking

Job Duties

  • Opens and closes the store including system start-ups and cash handling
  • Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and cash drops
  • Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience
  • Engages customers and resolves issues to ensure satisfaction
  • Coaches team members on customer service best practices
  • Holds store keys to open and close without management
  • Assists with vendor order processes and warehouse coordination
  • Maintains accurate inventory counts and pricing
  • Supports merchandising and display development
  • Assists with bookkeeping and store maintenance
  • Ensures compliance with laws on regulated products
  • Conducts team member bag checks
  • Communicates between management and team members
  • Completes special assignments and training modules
  • Assists at pharmacy window as requested
