Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in fast food or customer service roles preferred
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to lead a team effectively

Job Duties

  • Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Ensure complete and timely execution of marketing programs
  • Ensure a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
  • Provide regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager
  • Resolve operational problems independently and seek help when necessary
  • Lead by example to motivate and guide team members
  • Manage shifts efficiently and maintain high service standards
