Job Duties
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensure complete and timely execution of marketing programs
- Ensure a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
- Provide regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager
- Resolve operational problems independently and seek help when necessary
- Lead by example to motivate and guide team members
- Manage shifts efficiently and maintain high service standards
