- Experience in fast food or quick service restaurant environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
- Knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Execute marketing programs completely and timely
- Maintain a safe working environment by role modeling and enforcing safe work behaviors
- Provide regular feedback to the team and the Restaurant General Manager
- Resolve problems independently while seeking help when appropriate
- Guide and support team members during shifts
- Lead by example in a fast-paced environment
