Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in fast food or quick service restaurant environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
  • Knowledge of food safety standards

  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a fast food or quick service restaurant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety practices
  • Ability to motivate and guide a team effectively

Job Duties

  • Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Execute marketing programs completely and timely
  • Maintain a safe working environment by role modeling and enforcing safe work behaviors
  • Provide regular feedback to the team and the Restaurant General Manager
  • Resolve problems independently while seeking help when appropriate
  • Guide and support team members during shifts
  • Lead by example in a fast-paced environment
