Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to think quickly and solve problems
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
  • Willingness to take on new tasks outside of regular role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Previous leadership experience preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to connect and communicate with guests and team members with a guest comes first attitude
  • Experience in a fast-food or retail environment preferred but not necessary
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team during shifts
  • Strong organizational skills to oversee store operations
  • Integrity in handling cash and inventory reporting
  • Ability to uphold and promote company culture, values, vision and mission

Job Duties

  • Think on their feet at all times regardless of internal or external pressures
  • Inform General Manager of all problems or unusual matters of significance
  • Assist Team Members at the point of sale with upselling
  • Ensure deployment maps are in use and all Team Members understand assigned stations to maintain efficient store operations
  • Assist in Team Member management during scheduled shifts
  • Support and adhere to company standards for operations, marketing/communications and brand identity
  • Encourage Team Members on shift to exceed goals and complete all checklist tasks
