Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience
  • Experience using point of sale systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible part-time schedules including nights
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years or older

Job Duties

  • Provide incredible customer service and quality products to all guests throughout their bakery experience
  • Support store leadership by maintaining operations during the shift and communicating pertinent information
  • Monitor production efficiency and hold the team accountable to company standards and procedures
  • Assist in the training and coaching of team members
  • Prioritize and delegate tasks related to baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning
  • Lead and motivate the Cookie Crew team during the shift
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and compliant working environment for guests and staff
  • Manage cash handling and deposits
