Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- physical stamina to work 40-50 hours per week
- ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands frequently
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- able to perform basic math functions

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in fast food or restaurant leadership preferred
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- basic math skills including addition, subtraction, and fractions
- ability to handle physical demands of the job
- customer service oriented
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices beneficial
Job Duties
- Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
- delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to ensure minimum loss from waste and theft
- assist in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food
- supervise food preparation and service operations during duty
- assist Team Members during rush periods to ensure restaurant efficiency
- complete daily food preparation including slicing, portioning, and rotating products
- assist in daily and weekly paperwork
- assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies
- perform other related duties as required
