- Prior fast food or quick service restaurant experience preferred
- Ability to lead shifts independently
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to provide guidance and support to team members
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Proven leadership or supervisory experience

Job Duties
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensure complete and timely execution of marketing programs
- Ensure a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
- Provide regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager
- Run effective and self-sufficient shifts
- Resolve problems proactively and seek help when appropriate
- Provide help and guidance to team members
