Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior fast food or quick service restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to lead shifts independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to provide guidance and support to team members
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and customer service principles

Job Duties

  • Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Ensure complete and timely execution of marketing programs
  • Ensure a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
  • Provide regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager
  • Run effective and self-sufficient shifts
  • Resolve problems proactively and seek help when appropriate
  • Provide help and guidance to team members
