Job Duties
- Ensure food quality and 100 percent customer satisfaction
- Ensure complete and timely execution of marketing programs
- Ensure a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
- Provide regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager
- Run shifts in a self-sufficient manner
- Resolve problems and provide guidance to team members
- Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations
