Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or supervisory role preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule availability including weekends and evenings
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Basic understanding of food safety protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Proficiency in forming and maintaining relationships with others
  • Ability to effectively manage time and personnel
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Knowledgeable about food safety standards and health regulations in restaurants
  • Flexible availability to work at least 20 hours a week including opening and closing shifts
  • Capable of multitasking and working at a fast pace
  • Ability to inspire, assign tasks, and teach employees
  • Demonstrated problem-solving aptitude

Job Duties

  • Fulfill job responsibilities of a Blender along with shift lead responsibilities
  • Assist GM and AGM with assigning duties to blenders throughout the shift including filling, cleaning, and stocking
  • Train and educate all new blenders hired onto the team
  • Train current team members on new processes implemented by AGM and GM
  • Ensure staff engage with customers consistently
  • Provide constructive feedback to blenders for improvement
  • Address employee and blender questions or escalate to AGM or GM if needed
  • Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for staff to ask questions
  • Provide feedback to AGM and GM regarding employee progress and suggestions
  • Manage customer complaints and escalate to AGM or GM as necessary
  • Stay up-to-date on company standards, policies, and procedures
  • Knowledgeable on nutrition facts and ingredient benefits to inform customers and staff
  • Ensure employees are on time and escalate tardiness issues in absence of AGM or GM
