Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in restaurant or fast-food operations
  • Ability to lead a team and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and workplace safety practices
  • Ability to provide guidance and support to team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurant environments preferred
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards

Job Duties

  • Ensures food quality and 100 percent customer satisfaction
  • Ensures complete and timely execution of marketing programs
  • Ensures a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
  • Provides regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager
  • Leads restaurant shifts effectively and independently
  • Resolves operational problems and escalates when appropriate
  • Provides help and guidance to team members
