Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in restaurant or fast-food operations
- Ability to lead a team and work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Basic knowledge of food safety and workplace safety practices
- Ability to provide guidance and support to team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurant environments preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Job Duties
- Ensures food quality and 100 percent customer satisfaction
- Ensures complete and timely execution of marketing programs
- Ensures a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
- Provides regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager
- Leads restaurant shifts effectively and independently
- Resolves operational problems and escalates when appropriate
- Provides help and guidance to team members
