  • Prior leadership experience in fast food or related industry
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Basic knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

  • Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
  • Execute marketing programs completely and timely
  • Maintain a safe working environment by role modeling and enforcing safe work behaviors
  • Provide regular feedback to team members and the Restaurant General Manager
  • Take ownership of resolving operational problems
  • Assist and guide team members effectively
  • Support the Restaurant General Manager in running efficient shifts
