Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior leadership experience in fast food or related industry
Strong communication skills
Ability to manage and motivate a team
Proactive problem-solving abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
Basic knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties

Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
Execute marketing programs completely and timely
Maintain a safe working environment by role modeling and enforcing safe work behaviors
Provide regular feedback to team members and the Restaurant General Manager
Take ownership of resolving operational problems
Assist and guide team members effectively
Support the Restaurant General Manager in running efficient shifts
