- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Ensures food quality and 100 percent customer satisfaction
- Ensures complete and timely execution of marketing programs
- Ensures a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
- Provides regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager
- Takes ownership of shift operations and resolves problems
- Leads by example in a fast-paced environment
- Supports and guides team members during shifts
