Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • minimum of six months experience in a restaurant, hospitality or retail environment
  • preferably with team lead experience
  • ability to lift, move, or carry up to 75 pounds
  • ability to bend, twist, kneel, crouch, stoop, and crawl as needed
  • ability to perform repetitive motions and stand or walk for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of six months experience in a restaurant, hospitality or retail environment
  • team lead experience preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • self-driven and flexible approach
  • sound judgment and decision-making abilities
  • ability to motivate and empower a team
  • detail-oriented and organized

Job Duties

  • support the Restaurant General Manager with the responsibility and management of all associates during assigned shifts
  • ensure food, beverage, and service quality meet or exceed standards
  • monitor all service equipment
  • perform closing and/or opening duties
  • train and motivate fellow associates
  • anticipate customer needs and address customer concerns
  • perform additional duties as directed by the Restaurant General Manager such as preparing/transporting deposits, assisting with labor scheduling, and product projections
