Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work at least 20 hours weekly including opening and closing shifts
  • excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • proficiency in time management and delegation
  • strong communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • capability to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts

Job Duties

  • fulfill blender job responsibilities along with shift lead duties
  • assist gm and agm with assigning duties to blenders throughout the shift
  • train and educate new blenders
  • train current team members on new processes
  • ensure company standards are met during shifts
  • engage with customers consistently
  • provide constructive feedback to blenders
  • address employee questions or escalate to agm/gm
  • foster a safe and welcoming environment
  • report employee progress and suggestions to agm/gm
  • manage customer complaints and escalate as needed
  • stay up-to-date on company standards, policies, and procedures
  • maintain knowledge of nutrition facts and ingredient benefits
  • ensure employee punctuality and escalate tardiness when necessary
