Job Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a background check to receive an airport badge
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to be punctual

Job Qualifications

  • Capable of working in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Capable of reaching, bending, and frequently lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Leads the restaurant during a shift
  • Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs set forth by Tailwind
  • Work as a member of the team to ensure success in all areas of the restaurant
  • Fill in where needed to ensure that service standards and efficient operations are met
  • Maintain a hygienic and safe work environment at all times
  • Report to work punctually and assist in the event of an emergency outlined within restaurant standards and all Tailwind policies
  • Ensure that equipment is maintained as outlined in the restaurant safety and preventive maintenance program
  • Treat both hourly employees and members of the Management team with professionalism and respect
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
