Job Duties

  • Ensures food quality and 100 percent customer satisfaction
  • Ensures complete and timely execution of marketing programs
  • Ensures a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
  • Provides regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager
  • Supports the Restaurant General Manager by running self-sufficient shifts
  • Takes ownership and responsibility of resolving problems
  • Offers help and guidance to team members
