Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in fast-food leadership roles
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Capability to manage operational challenges independently
Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards
Willingness to provide guidance and support to team members

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in fast-food or quick service restaurant leadership
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities

Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols

Job Duties

Ensures food quality and 100 percent customer satisfaction
Ensures complete and timely execution of marketing programs
Ensures a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
Provides regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager
Supports the Restaurant General Manager by running self-sufficient shifts
Takes ownership and responsibility of resolving problems
Offers help and guidance to team members
