- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous fast-food or quick service restaurant experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Understanding of health and safety regulations

- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensures complete and timely execution of marketing programs

- Runs shifts in a self-sufficient manner
- Resolves operational problems and seeks assistance when appropriate
