Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates
- physical stamina to work 40-50 hours per week
- ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with arms, talk, listen, see clearly including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception
- occasionally able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- able to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Supervise a staff of approximately 3 to 15 employees
- delegate responsibilities for ordering, receiving, storage, and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies to minimize loss
- assist in supervision of preparation, sales, and service of food
- supervise food preparation and service operations during shifts
- assist team members during busy periods to ensure efficiency
- complete daily food preparation including slicing, portioning, and rotating products
- assist in daily and weekly paperwork
- assist in preventive maintenance and upkeep of store equipment and supplies
- perform other related duties as required
