Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must pass background check criteria
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Able to perform basic math
  • Able to stock shelves and coolers
  • Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
  • Able to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers
  • Able to clean parking lot and grounds
  • Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90 percent of shift time
  • Strong preference for internal promotion from hourly champion position

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in fast food or retail environment desirable
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and customer service standards
  • Positive attitude and work ethic
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Execute the MIC success routine ensuring responsibilities under people, customers and service are completed
  • Ensure all team members complete their shift excellence tasks for assigned positions
  • Ensure employees present a neat, clean appearance and wear company uniform
  • Demonstrate customer needs as the highest priority
  • Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders
  • Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations
  • Greet customers politely and work with urgency
  • Work cooperatively with management and co-workers
  • Assist with cash control, inventory and labor management
  • Oversee proper product preparation and restaurant cleanliness
  • Provide constructive feedback and participate in employee training
  • Handle conflicts constructively and support team development
