Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass background check criteria
- Must have reliable transportation
- Able to perform basic math
- Able to stock shelves and coolers
- Able to oversee and manage subordinate employees and provide direction
- Able to sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, lift and carry trash containers
- Able to clean parking lot and grounds
- Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 90 percent of shift time
- Strong preference for internal promotion from hourly champion position
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in fast food or retail environment desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Basic math skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and customer service standards
- Positive attitude and work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Job Duties
- Execute the MIC success routine ensuring responsibilities under people, customers and service are completed
- Ensure all team members complete their shift excellence tasks for assigned positions
- Ensure employees present a neat, clean appearance and wear company uniform
- Demonstrate customer needs as the highest priority
- Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders
- Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations
- Greet customers politely and work with urgency
- Work cooperatively with management and co-workers
- Assist with cash control, inventory and labor management
- Oversee proper product preparation and restaurant cleanliness
- Provide constructive feedback and participate in employee training
- Handle conflicts constructively and support team development
