Job Duties
- Ensures food quality and 100% customer satisfaction
- Ensures complete and timely execution of marketing programs
- Ensures a safe working environment by role modeling and requiring safe work behaviors
- Provides regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager
- Resolves problems independently and seeks help when appropriate
- Leads and guides team members during shifts
- Supports overall restaurant operations and shift management
