Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must comply with food safety and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant team

- Teach crew members company policies and procedures
- Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth running of shifts
- Participate in the Secret Shopper program to achieve bonus incentives
- Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies
