Job Requirements
- 2 years of supervisory experience in food service
- ability to multitask in a high pressure environment
- good decision making skills
- extremely strong leadership skills verbal and written communication skills listening skills ability to check for understanding after direction is given follow up basic math skills strong organization skills ability to multitask team builder proven track record of increasing experience and responsibility
- computer based skills including Windows and Microsoft Office based management reporting Point of Sale System Internet/Intranet and Outlook email

Job Duties
- Provides oversight of food service staff in the absence of Food and Beverage Manager
- establishes priorities for food service staff during their shift
- trains food service staff on policies and procedures ensuring compliance with food safety security quality and cleanliness standards
- opening and/or closing the restaurant
- creating and ensuring superior guest experiences
