Job Duties
- Provides oversight of food service staff in the absence of Food and Beverage Manager
- Establishes priorities for food service staff during their shift
- Trains food service staff on policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards
- Opening and/or closing the restaurant
- Creating and ensuring superior guest experiences
