Job Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for long periods
  • Willingness to adhere to safety protocols
  • Availability to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure the highest levels of sanitation and cleanliness in guest rooms and equipment
  • Spruce up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
  • Stock and organize housekeeping carts, ensuring efficiency and readiness
  • Replace bed linens and restock guest room supplies
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including changing AC filters and touching up paint
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests
  • Practice safe work habits to avoid possible injuries
