Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • valid driver’s license for applicable state required if driving is needed
  • acceptable motor vehicle driving record if driving is needed
  • ability to perform well in stressful or high-pressure situations
  • physically capable of performing required cleaning tasks

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • keep every nook and cranny spotless from equipment to facilities
  • tidy up lobbies hallways and restrooms so they are guest-ready and gleaming
  • deliver quick and friendly service to guests
  • assist with setup of chairs tables and technology for meetings and events
  • keep sensitive areas secure and handle lost-and-found items professionally
  • follow safe work habits to stay injury-free
  • support the housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness
