Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a hotel or related field is a plus
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state required if driving is property specific
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR) if driving is required
- Ability to perform well in stressful or high-pressure situations

Job Duties
- Keep every nook and cranny spotless from equipment to facilities
- Tidy up lobbies, hallways, and restrooms so they’re impressively polished
- Maintain carpets, furniture, and fixtures in guest-ready condition
- Assist guests promptly and courteously with a positive attitude
- Help set up chairs, tables, and tech for meetings and events
- Secure sensitive areas and handle lost-and-found items professionally
- Follow safe work habits to prevent injuries and promote safety
