Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Creativity and knowledge of food and beverage/events
  • Professional selling skills including opening, probing, supporting, and closing sales desired
  • Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and present effectively

  • Drive catering and food and beverage sales to meet revenue goals
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients and meeting planners
  • Stay informed of market trends and implement innovative ideas
  • Deliver flawless event orders accurately and on time
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues about event details and changes
  • Participate actively in local community events and hotel meetings
  • Assist management with additional tasks and challenges as needed
