Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Creativity and knowledge of food and beverage/events
- Professional selling skills including opening, probing, supporting, and closing sales desired
- Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and present effectively

Job Duties
- Drive catering and food and beverage sales to meet revenue goals
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and meeting planners
- Stay informed of market trends and implement innovative ideas
- Deliver flawless event orders accurately and on time
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues about event details and changes
- Participate actively in local community events and hotel meetings
- Assist management with additional tasks and challenges as needed
