Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • creativity and knowledge of food and beverage/events desired
  • possession of professional selling skills (opening, probing, supporting, closing)
  • valid driver's license for the state required
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and present effectively

Job Duties

  • Drive catering and food and beverage sales to meet meeting planner goals and revenue targets
  • build and maintain strong relationships with clients and groups through property tours and local event participation
  • track and analyze market trends to introduce innovative event ideas
  • attend key meetings and collaborate with hotel departments to ensure smooth event execution
  • deliver accurate and timely event orders, communicating any changes promptly
  • handle additional challenges and special projects as assigned by management
