Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields
- supervisory experience preferred
- strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
- demonstrated initiative and effective listening, understanding, and clarification abilities
- competence in interpreting financial data and performing basic arithmetic
Job Qualifications

- college coursework in hospitality is a plus
- At least one year of progressive experience in hotels or related fields

Job Duties
- Ensure every meal meets high standards of taste and presentation by monitoring food quality throughout service
- Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally
- Foster a collaborative environment by encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff
- Lead by example and share insights at team meetings
- Manage daily operations by overseeing costs, handling cash transactions accurately, preparing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory
- Utilize technology to streamline processes and keep operations running smoothly
- Develop creative promotional campaigns and support training and performance initiatives to boost sales and team growth
