Job Duties

  • Provide clear direction and guidance to the Rooms Division team fostering a culture of excellence and high-quality service
  • staff, train, develop, and continuously evaluate employees to ensure operational efficiency, high-quality service, and adherence to company standards
  • anticipate and address issues proactively ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • maintain open and effective communication with guests, employees, and other departments to ensure a cohesive work environment
  • manage departmental budgets, analyze costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with goals
  • utilize windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to manage operations and reports
  • approach all interactions with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • plan and coordinate the activities of the Rooms Division ensuring compliance with standards and optimal staffing levels
