Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • valid driver’s license from the applicable state
  • able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
  • strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests, and effectively conveys ideas and solutions

Job Duties

  • Provide clear direction and guidance to the Rooms Division team, fostering a culture of excellence and high-quality service
  • staff, train, develop, and continuously evaluate employees to ensure operational efficiency, high-quality service, and adherence to company standards
  • anticipate and address issues proactively, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
  • maintain open and effective communication with guests, employees, and other departments to ensure a cohesive work environment
  • manage departmental budgets, analyze costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with goals
  • utilize Windows Operating Systems, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to manage operations and reports
  • approach all interactions with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • plan and coordinate the activities of the Rooms Division, ensuring compliance with standards and optimal staffing levels
