Job Duties
- Provide clear direction and guidance to the Rooms Division team, fostering a culture of excellence and high-quality service
- Staff, train, develop, and continuously evaluate employees to ensure operational efficiency, high-quality service, and adherence to company standards
- Anticipate and address issues proactively, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Maintain open and effective communication with guests, employees, and other departments to ensure a cohesive work environment
- Manage departmental budgets, analyze costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with goals
- Utilize Windows Operating Systems, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to manage operations and reports
- Approach all interactions with guests and employees in a friendly and service-oriented manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Plan and coordinate the activities of the Rooms Division, ensuring compliance with standards and optimal staffing levels
