Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel at home
  • Share recommendations about the coffee shop and local area for a memorable visit
  • Follow uniform and grooming guidelines while meeting brand and safety standards
  • Support daily operations and assist with hiring and training team members
  • Quickly handle guest questions and requests and arrange special needs
  • Oversee coffee shop operations, manage transactions, maintain inventory and cleanliness
  • Assist the team as needed to ensure excellent service and teamwork
