Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel at home
- Share recommendations about the coffee shop and local area for a memorable visit
- Follow uniform and grooming guidelines while meeting brand and safety standards
- Support daily operations and assist with hiring and training team members
- Quickly handle guest questions and requests and arrange special needs
- Oversee coffee shop operations, manage transactions, maintain inventory and cleanliness
- Assist the team as needed to ensure excellent service and teamwork
