Job Requirements

  • Possess at least 3 years of supervisory experience in food and beverage
  • Have 5 plus years of progressive food and beverage or hotel service industry experience or culinary degree with 3 plus years relevant experience
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service with a positive accommodating attitude
  • Develop and plan restaurant menus and actively expedite peak periods hands on
  • Manage food costs minimize waste and ensure quality cleanliness and safety
  • Maintain strong leadership in staff training and scheduling

Job Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience in Food and Beverage
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience in menu development and meal planning
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality standards
  • Ability to manage food costs and minimize waste
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Schedule and train cooks ensuring well-prepared shifts in professional attire
  • Coordinate with other departments to deliver flawless service for events and conventions
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure food quality cleanliness and address guest feedback
  • Manage budget updates control costs and implement revenue strategies
  • Lead hiring training and pre-shift meetings building an informed motivated team
  • Oversee inventory and implement loss reduction initiatives maintaining professional standards
