Job Requirements

- 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Ability to independently resolve workplace challenges
- Demonstrated expertise in culinary subject matter
- Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in culinary arts or related field preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or banquet kitchen
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor culinary staff
- Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and guests
- Ability to create innovative and appealing banquet menus
- Experience with kitchen management including budgeting and inventory control
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and team members with positivity and enthusiasm
- Uphold Aimbridge Hospitality’s standards for safety, quality, and efficiency
- Lead kitchen staff by motivating, training, and mentoring team members
- Manage kitchen budgets, inventory, and food costs effectively
- Develop banquet menus and design appealing food presentations for plating and buffets
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment
- Collaborate with the team to reduce waste and optimize ingredient use
