Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- must have a valid driver's license
- compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Qualifications

- minimum 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- previous supervisory experience preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- manage guest reservations, VIP requests, and special accommodations
- track operational logs, manage messages and packages, and ensure professional handling of front desk activities
- monitor and implement rate strategies, packages, and promotions to boost room revenue
- lead, train, and motivate front desk associates to build a cohesive and communicative team
- resolve guest concerns and workplace issues with confidence and creativity while maintaining safety and hotel standards
- ensure compliance with certification and safety protocols
