Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Manage reservations, VIP requests, and ensure personalized guest service
  • Track daily operations including logs, messages, and package management
  • Monitor and strategize on room rates, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue
  • Lead and train front desk staff to build a strong, communicative team
  • Address guest concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure front desk operational excellence
