Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or food and beverage service is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with guests and coworkers professionally
- Must obtain and maintain any required certifications such as Alcohol Awareness Food Handler's Card as per state regulations

Job Duties
- Provide a warm friendly and professional dining experience by greeting guests taking orders accurately and ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu including ingredients dietary restrictions specials and alcohol service guidelines
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage multiple tables while maintaining efficiency in serving clearing and resetting tables for the next guests
- Process payments close checks and ensure accurate handling of transactions while following company and security guidelines
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations maintain a tidy and organized service area and comply with alcohol and food handling certifications
- Demonstrate physical ability to stand for long hours lift and carry objects walk bend and perform repetitive motions
