Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
  • Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • Strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • Lead and coach the food and beverage team to deliver excellent guest service
  • Ensure compliance with safety, grooming, and certification standards including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Manage payroll, staff scheduling, and productivity tracking
  • Oversee food quality, promotional activities, and inventory management
  • Maintain open communication and promptly resolve guest issues
  • Analyze operational reports and participate in management meetings
  • Provide versatile support across the team and maintain a positive work environment
