Job Requirements
- minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience
- proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- strong financial and arithmetic skills
- supervisory experience preferred
- excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- ensuring guest hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere from lounge to banquet
- coaching and training team members to ensure smooth shifts
- maintaining compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards such as Food Handlers and CPR
- managing payroll, scheduling, and productivity reports
- overseeing food quality, promotions, inventory, and beverage purchasing
- handling guest communications and problem resolution promptly
- analyzing reports, attending meetings, and contributing to operational improvements
