Job Requirements

  • minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or a relevant college degree with related experience
  • proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
  • strong financial and arithmetic skills
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties

  • ensuring guest hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere from lounge to banquet
  • coaching and training team members to ensure smooth shifts
  • maintaining compliance with grooming, safety, and certification standards such as Food Handlers and CPR
  • managing payroll, scheduling, and productivity reports
  • overseeing food quality, promotions, inventory, and beverage purchasing
  • handling guest communications and problem resolution promptly
  • analyzing reports, attending meetings, and contributing to operational improvements
