Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in hospitality or relevant college degree with related experience
- Proficient in Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong financial and arithmetic skills
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure

Job Duties
- Lead and coach the food and beverage team to deliver excellent guest service
- Ensure compliance with safety, grooming, and certification standards including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Manage payroll, staff scheduling, and productivity tracking
- Oversee food quality, promotional activities, and inventory management
- Maintain open communication and promptly resolve guest issues
- Analyze operational reports and participate in management meetings
- Provide versatile support across the team and maintain a positive work environment
