Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of food and beverage outlet customer service experience including cash handling
  • preferably previous barista experience

Job Duties

  • Prepares beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures including proper proportions and ingredient control
  • maintains clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency and sets up the bar and back bar according to established procedures
  • responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
  • performs pre and post-shift side work including stock service station and makes coffee
  • ensures compliance with health and safety regulations in beverage preparation
  • collaborates with team members to maintain smooth operations
  • provides attentive and personalized service to enhance guest experience
