- Minimum of 6 months of food and beverage outlet customer service experience including cash handling
- preferably previous barista experience

Job Duties
- Prepares beverages requested by customers or servers according to standard operating procedures including proper proportions and ingredient control
- maintains clean and organized work areas to maximize efficiency and sets up the bar and back bar according to established procedures
- responds quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner and follows up to ensure guest satisfaction
- performs pre and post-shift side work including stock service station and makes coffee
- ensures compliance with health and safety regulations in beverage preparation
- collaborates with team members to maintain smooth operations
- provides attentive and personalized service to enhance guest experience
