Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years progressive experience in hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Compliance with certification requirements such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Knowledge of hospitality operations
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve under pressure

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and ensure smooth and stress-free check-ins and check-outs
  • Manage reservations, VIP requests, and deliver outstanding guest service
  • Track logs, manage messages and packages to ensure operational efficiency
  • Monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to support revenue growth and offer great value to guests
  • Build and lead a strong, communicative front desk team and train new associates
  • Address guest concerns and workplace issues with confidence, creativity, and professionalism
  • Maintain safety standards and compliance with hotel policies
