Job Duties
- Direct and supervise the maintenance staff, overseeing the maintenance of buildings and grounds
- Apply extensive experience in engineering, maintenance and related fields to ensure efficient operations
- Evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately, handling problems effectively in high-pressure situations
- Convey information and ideas clearly and effectively listen to and understand issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Work with and understand financial information and data, including basic arithmetic functions to support maintenance operations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for maintenance requests, schedule maintenance and ensure compliance with regulations
