Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag
  • Maintain regular attendance in compliance with hospitality standards
  • Comply with company standards and regulations to support safe and efficient hotel operations
  • Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk according to brand standards
  • Assist front office manager with hiring and training
  • Coordinate special events or special projects as assigned
  • Assist guests with hotel service issues
  • Arrange transportation needs for guests
  • Respond to inquiries with accurate information on hotel features, services and assistance
  • Stay knowledgeable about daily functions, VIPs and special events
  • Provide information on the geographical area and suggest site-seeing locations
  • Be familiar with company policies and hospitality terminology
  • Participate in emergency procedures as required
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously
  • Operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system
  • Maintain attentiveness, friendliness, and courtesy toward guests and coworkers
  • Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages
  • Use proper two-way radio etiquette
  • Attend meetings as required
  • Perform other duties as requested by management
