Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- One-year experience preparing food from scratch or equivalent preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work 11am to 7pm shifts
- Availability to work every other weekend
- Ability to project professionalism and calmness in stressful situations
- Willingness to participate in full training program offered by the employer

- Ability to utilize a senior-specific menu with adaptability
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated passion for working with seniors
- Ability to project calm, care, and professionalism
Job Duties
- Prepare balanced and delicious meals according to the senior-specific menu
- Present and serve meals with care and professionalism
- Clean up kitchen and dining areas after meal service
- Store food safely according to health standards
- Adapt menu items as needed to satisfy residents’ preferences and dietary needs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Maintain a calm and caring demeanor in all work situations
