Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a restaurant kitchen environment
- Flexible schedule, especially during evening hours and weekends
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace

Job Duties
- Prepare food items in the kitchen in accordance with production requirements and quality standards
- Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment
- Prepare food of consistent quality following recipe cards and production and portion standards
- Organize, prepare, and cook all food items in assigned stations
- Assist the chef in training and supporting the kitchen staff
- Collaborate with team members to enhance kitchen operations
- Ensure adherence to hotel standards for work procedures, dress, grooming, punctuality, and attendance
