Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
- Pass a background check and clear a drug screen
- Be able to stand for the full duration of the shift
- Be available to work in a 38-degree cold room, only when necessary
- Be a team player and work well with a diverse team from all over the world
- Ability to comprehend verbal and written specifications in English
- Possess basic math skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule
- This is a 24 hour operation, 7 days a week
- This is a union position - must be willing to pay union dues after 60 days
- Must be available to work a full-time position, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to complete the application/orientation process in English
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds occasionally, 50+ pounds frequently and 10+ pounds consistently
- Bend/stoop and twist repeatedly and stand for 8-12 hours a day

- Must be able to read, speak and write English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accurate, organized, thorough, pays attention to detail
- Need to understand and interpret Airline SITA telexes
- Strong mathematical skills
- Must be able to interact with all levels of employees

- Flexible, able to work any shift
- Must have a good performance and attendance record
Job Duties
- Pick up the flight schedules for specific airline from dispatch
- Look/collect Final information count to include flight number, type of aircraft, configuration and type of service
- Locate flights and final/pack specific items on the meal carts
- Add/check ice cream, condiments, hot entrée, check special meals, crew, flight completion and temperature taking before finalizing flight
- Identify all discrepancies, inform supervisor and ensure that all missing items are placed on the flight
- Communicate any problems with the flight to dispatch
- Perform additional duties as needed
