Job Requirements
- Be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
- Pass a background check and clear a drug screen
- Be able to stand for the full duration of the shift
- Be available to work in a 38-degree cold room when necessary
- Be a team player and able to work well with a diverse team
- Ability to comprehend verbal and written specifications in English
- Possess basic math skills
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule in a 24-hour operation, 7 days a week
- Willingness to pay union dues after 60 days
- Available to work full-time including weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to complete application and orientation in English
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds occasionally, 50+ pounds frequently, and 10+ pounds consistently
- Ability to bend, stoop, twist repeatedly, and stand for 8 to 12 hours a day

- Comfortable working in refrigerated areas
Job Duties
- Understand and fill requisition sheets for equipment and food
- Decant ingredients as required
- Kit all ingredients based on airline menu specifications
- Deliver items by cart and by hand to food prep stations
- Follow runner routes and understand individual work cell designs
- Have full understanding of the KAN BAN system
- Read and understand master production schedules (MPS) and volume production schedules (VPS)
- Lift 30 to 40 pounds to shoulder height
